I love pasta, but eating it all the time is not advisable. The pasta itself isn't super healthy on its own, but then it's usually smothered in sauce that only adds unnecessary calories. That's why we love this recipe for avocado pasta.

This pasta is as healthy as it is delicious. It combines basil, spinach, almonds and avocado to form a pesto-like sauce that's fresh and tasty. One of the best parts about it, is it's so simple to make. You just toss all of those plus a little seasoning into the blender, and then it's done.
