For those who can't do dairy, almond milk is an awesome alternative. However, cartons of it tend to cost quite a pretty penny at the grocery store! That's why we're loving this oh-so-simple recipe from the women at What's Up Moms. Watch as Meg demonstrates how to make almond milk using only water, raw almonds, vanilla extract, and cinnamon!

We had no clue this recipe was so simple. While raw almonds aren't necessarily cheap either, we can't deny that there's something satisfying about making your own milk from scratch (and it's always nice to enjoy food without any sneaky ingredients thrown in). We'll definitely be giving this a shot sometime in the near future! Would you ever try this recipe? Would you add any additional flavors? Sound off in the comments below and make sure to share if you found this as enticing as we did!
