Have you ever seen something so beautiful, and just assumed it was too impossible to try on your own? For me this happens a lot in cooking. Food can be beautiful, but the most beautiful food is often the most complicated. Desserts are chief amongst these, as they are elegant and often times small and delicate.

I've seen these apple roses here and there, but they're so beautiful that I assumed that they are impossible to make. They look as delicate as real roses, but far more appetizing. That's why I was so surprised when I came across this video, where we learn how simple these actually are. So what do you think - will you be trying these?
