This is a totally nifty way to switch up your breakfast. These three unique recipes all have two things in common - they are created in a mug, and they are completely delicious. My favorite recipe is the first one with the avocado. I just love the stuff, and have always figured it was too good to be good for me, but that might not be the case.

According to Authority Nutrition, avocado is actually an amazing treat that also has many health benefits. The site says that an avocado is full of nutrients, including vitimans C, E, K and many more. They even have more potassium than bananas. And those conscious about fatty foods need not worry, because while avocado does contain high fat, it is mostly fat derived from oleic acid, which is the acid believed to transfer all of the health benefits from olive oil. So go ahead, scoop an avocado or two into your breakfast and you won't regret it!
