Finding out how to bake a treat that's easy, tasty and healthy may seem like an impossible task. The truth, however, is that with just three ingredients and a little creativity you can create a cookie that fits all three criteria.

The recipe is simple: one banana, one cup of rolled oats, and a handful of raisins or craisins into a bowl, mash them up, and then either microwave them or bake them for 15-20 minutes and you will end up with this amazing snack. These are a great snack for kids after school, or for those that are still working to keep their New Years' resolution two months in. Guilt-free, easy and delicious - what's better than that?
